If you understood the Fetty Wap intro, hi fellow millennial!  If not, we can still be friends lol (there I go again being a millennial - I truly cannot help it).  

Growing up, you could find me snapping pictures on my fancy little pink digital camera, participating in 4-H photography, and uploading galleries of peace signs and duck faces to Facebook.  I've always loved taking pictures, but during my last year of being in the classroom as a teacher, my coworker taught me the ins and outs of portrait photography (shoutout, Sabrina!).  I'm so glad I did, because it's brought me so much joy!  I love meeting and working with people I would possibly never cross paths with, along with being able to utilize my creative side, to create beautiful images.

I grew up in Indiana, but have lived in Iowa for the last 9 years with my husband, Joey.  We have one baby girl, who just turned one in June, and two very spoiled French bulldogs.  Becoming a mom changed my perspective on photography and the importance of capturing our kids exactly as they are at each stage... because we all know it goes by in the blink of an eye!

I am based in Central Iowa and specialize in portraits.  I serve the cities of Grimes, Waukee, Ankeny, Polk City, Dallas Center, and more.  If you need updated family pictures, pictures with your boo, or maybe your baby is about to turn one (cue tears) … I’m your gal!
